Well dont to both sides!

Mobility & #flexibility are things we preach. Can we do mobility & flexibility challenges? Some of us can…
#pretzels as it turns out, are not just a delicious German snack. They are also an indicator of coordination, mobility & your likelihood of injuring yourself doing social media challenges.

When should you see someone about your concussion?
If you have a suspected concussion, your symptoms can still develop over the next 3-5 days.
Booking in for an assessment during this time is crucial to get started on your #rehabilitation early and to get the right information early to speed your recovery along.
This timeframe also allows us to clear players who don`t have a concussion but might`ve been removed from play to be cautious **if in doubt, sit them out**
So book in a free discovery call to discuss your concussion care ☎️

While all three professions aim to improve musculoskeletal health, they have different approaches:
Osteopaths address a wide range of conditions affecting the musculoskeletal system. These include:
Your first appointment will typically involve:
No, you do not need a referral to see an osteopath. You can book an appointment directly.
Yes, osteopathy can be very effective in helping with sports injuries such as muscle strains, ligament sprains, tendonitis, and joint pain. Osteopathic care can help reduce pain, promote healing, and restore optimal function for a safe return to sports.
The number of sessions needed varies depending on the individual, the condition being addressed, and its severity. Some people experience significant improvement after just one or two sessions, while others may require ongoing care to manage chronic conditions. Your osteopath will discuss a management plan and expected outcomes with you.
Yes, osteopathy is typically covered by private health insurance. However, coverage varies depending on your specific policy. It's advisable to check with your insurance provider to confirm your level of cover.
Yes, we offer the convenience of on-site claiming for eligible private health insurance plans. This means we can process your rebate directly at our clinic, so you only pay the gap amount.
Yes, osteopathy can help manage chronic pain conditions like arthritis. While it cannot cure the underlying condition, osteopathic care can help reduce pain, improve joint mobility, and enhance overall quality of life.
Yes, osteopathy is generally safe during pregnancy. Osteopaths use gentle techniques to address musculoskeletal changes and discomforts associated with pregnancy, such as back pain, pelvic pain, and sciatica. However, it's essential to inform your osteopath if you are pregnant so they can adjust their care accordingly.
